Sattvam is pronounced as ‘Sut/Sat - Vum’. It is a Sanskrit word, that simply means honesty, balance, peacefulness, positivity, serenity that reflects ‘Quality of Goodness’.

Sattvam is woman-owned, environment friendly retail online store. We launched the store in April 2023 and currently we are open for business in the USA & Canada.

Sattvam's Creation
My name is Rashmi Pannikar, and I am a Botanical Watercolor Artist and Surface Pattern Designer. Originally from India, in 2015, I relocated to Massachusetts, one of the most beautiful New England states, with my husband Ajairaj (AJ) and our lovely dog, Chloe, she is a beautiful Standard Poodle.
My passion for art has taken me on a journey of exploring the beauty of nature and its depiction in my art. I feel blessed to be able to turn my passion into a profession and share my creations with the world.
Growing up in a family that owned small businesses, I developed a strong passion for entrepreneurship. This passion eventually led me to create my own business, SATTVAM.
As the founder and curator of Sattvam, I am proud to support local artists and makers who share our commitment to organic, sustainable, and environmentally friendly products. Our products range from unique home decor and kitchen accessories to wellness & pet products. Each item is one-of-a-kind and reflects our belief in the beauty and value of hand-crafted products.
I believe that everyday products should not only be safe but also sustainable and environmental friendly.
We have carefully selected each product from makers and brands that share our passion for eco-responsibility.
