Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sattvam. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

 

Sattvam is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. Except Canada.

Return & Exchange Policy

All undamaged & unused products are inspected upon arrival. In order to obtain a full refund, items must be sent back in the original packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 15 days of the date you receive the product.

We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

 

Our customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds are made to the original method of payment less the original shipping fee and return shipping fee. Returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to the sender. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of return receipt for the refund to be issued so that we may process the return and conduct a quality control review. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email.

 

Customers who would like to use their own return shipping method, you can do so. If you want a return label from us then please send us an email at support@sattvamstore.com. Once you obtain return label, pack and return items in original condition, and send the package to:
